Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity in readiness for store opening
• Allocate resources effectively to deliver fast, accurate payment experience
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store
• Role model great Customer Service and uphold M&S behaviours
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to drive high performance
• Be a key holder and manage opening/closing tasks, including cash handling and incident logging
• Assist nearby stores if required to maintain store operations
