• Lead the fill operation to ensure a ready-to-trade salesfloor.
• Coordinate resources to deliver tasks during fill and in manager's absence.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity.
• Ensure quick payment experience and efficient processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
• Support nearby stores if needed.
• Be a key holder and handle opening/closing tasks.
