Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You’ll lead a team across store areas, coach colleagues, and act as the point of contact for daily operations. This role emphasizes service excellence and inclusive teamwork.

You must be over 18 with previous team-lead or managerial experience in fast-paced retail, and capable of guiding the store in the Manager's absence while staying adaptable to change and customer needs.
