• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Flexible for peak hours (5pm - 4:30am).

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team during shift and train new members.
• Pick and pack items accurately for dispatch.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Receive goods from vendors; resolve discrepancies.
• Stock management and cycle counts to minimise stockouts.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
