Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the UK Operations team. Reporting to a Site Leader, you will lead the warehouse team on shift, ensure accuracy in picking/packing, and support Delivery Partners to deliver a smooth customer experience.

You should have experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse settings, be organised, communicative and flexible to cover shifts from 7am to 3am. Weekly pay and growth opportunities await.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team on shift.
• Accurate picking and packing for dispatch.
• Support management of Delivery Partners.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Receive products and verify counts against PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, waste, and TooGoodToGo partnership.
• Maintain clean, compliant warehouse per standards.
• Assist onsite health and safety compliance and testing.
