Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team on shift, train new members and ensure process adherence.
• Accurately pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers.
• Support Delivery Partners for a smooth delivery experience.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and resolve issues.
• Receive goods from vendors and verify counts against PO/invoice.
