Job summary

Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates to join the warehouse team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to a Site Leader, you will perform essential duties including picking, packing, receiving products, and coordinating with delivery riders.

Applicants should be 18+, with experience in retail or warehouse settings preferred and availability during peak hours (5pm–2am). Proficiency with basic web apps (e.g., G Suite) and the ability to lift up to 20lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environment preferred.
• Willing to work during peak hours 5pm–2am.
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g. Google G‑Suite).
• Lift up to 20lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive product from vendors and verify counts against PO/invoice.
• Inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
• Manage waste and spoilage with FIFO discipline.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
