Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and help drive high standards in our MFCs to deliver accurate orders on time for customers.

You will lead the shift team, oversee picking/packing, manage delivery partners, resolve issues, and ensure health and safety compliance while maintaining a clean, compliant warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead a team on a shift and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team and manage staff on duty.
• Oversee picking and packing operations for accuracy.
• Support with managing delivery partners and ensuring smooth deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues related to substitutions or stock.
• Receive goods and manage stock counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain health and safety standards and site compliance.
