Job summary

Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Leeds Operations team, reporting to a Site Leader. The role focuses on driving high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate orders for customers.

You will lead staff on shift, oversee picking and packing, and support Delivery Partners to ensure a slick delivery experience. Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse settings, plus good IT skills and strong communication, will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with basic web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organised, team‑oriented and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team on shift; supervise staff and train new members.
• Pick and pack items accurately for dispatch to customers.
• Assist with managing Delivery Partners for a smooth delivery experience.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items when needed.
• Receive goods from vendors and verify counts against invoices.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage stock locations to minimise shortages.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adherence to operating standards.
• Support health and safety compliance and inspections.
