Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the UK-based Operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, the role plays a core part of the store leadership with responsibility to ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to customers.

You will lead the shift team, train new members, manage stock and goods in/out, coordinate drivers, resolve shortages, and uphold warehouse standards. The position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, dark store, retail or warehouse environment.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite).
• Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible and honest.
• Must thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team on shift, training new members and ensuring process compliance.
• Pick and pack items accurately for dispatch to customers.
• Be the point of contact for drivers on shift to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and resolve issues.
• Receive product from vendors and verify counts against invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage stock and perform cycle counts to minimise out-of-stock products; oversee waste and compliance.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and a space to be proud of.
