Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Junior Operations Supervisor to lead the warehouse team during shifts at our Salford site. You will supervise staff, oversee picking/packing, and coordinate with Delivery Partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You will work across stock control, inbound goods, and cycle counts, while maintaining health and safety standards and operating procedures. The role suits someone with experience in retail/warehouse and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environment.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible and honest.

Responsibilities

• Leading the shift and training new team members.
• Picking and packing for dispatch to customers.
• Support with managing Delivery Partners for a smooth delivery experience.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Receive product from vendors and verify counts.
