Job summary

Gopuff is hiring a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the UK Operations team. Reporting to a Site Leader, you will help ensure high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate orders for customers.

You will lead the team on your shift, oversee picking and packing, support Delivery Partners, and resolve issues to keep the operation running smoothly. This role suits someone with experience in retail or warehouse environments, strong communication, and a flexible approach to

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant, retail or warehouse environment.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible and honest.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organised, team-oriented, positive attitude and helpful.
• Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team on shift and train new members.
• Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch.
• Coordinate with Delivery Partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Contact customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Receive goods from vendors and ensure counts match.
• Manage stock and cycle counts; handle waste and the TooGoodToGo partnership.
• Maintain warehouse compliance, cleanliness and operating standards.
• Support onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing.
