Job summary

Greggs is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the absence of the Store Manager. You will motivate the team, ensure resources and equipment are available, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You should be reliable with strong leadership and a passion for customer service, and you will coach a diverse team to achieve daily targets while maintaining Greggs standards and culture.
