Job summary

Greggs is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn't on duty and to empower the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll motivate colleagues, ensure stock, cleanliness, and presentation, and model fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

As a shift leader you’ll inspire the team, manage shifts, prepare products, and keep displays well stocked while maintaining high standards of safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate reliable leadership and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage a shop floor during the Manager's absence and stay calm under pressure.
