Greggs plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will energise the team, keep the shop running smoothly across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels, and ensure customers enjoy a brilliant experience whether they order in-store or online.

You'll supervise the team, prepare products such as sandwiches, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop while promoting an inclusive culture

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.

Responsibilities
