Job summary

Starbucks Nottingham Victoria Centre is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store operations, lead baristas, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a welcoming, efficient café environment and uphold Starbucks standards during your shift.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching team members, managing cash handling, and ensuring beverage/food quality.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
