Job summary

Nando's Limited is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our busy location. You’ll support and drive the team through each shift, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience with PERi-PERi moments.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll mentor staff, model Nando’s values, and tackle challenges in real time. Join a fast-paced team where growth and a fun, family-style vibe are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with a focus on delivering great guest moments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate staff.
• Ability to stay calm and resolve issues during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift runs to ensure busy periods are well managed.
• Support team to deliver high-quality PERi-PERi service and guest experience.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment while upholding brand standards.
