Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualification in Safety and Health Management.
• Professional Environmental Management qualification is required.
• Experience in deploying SHE management systems in high-hazard environments.
• Registered Lead Auditor status is necessary.
• Experience delivering SHE training of high quality is essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK is vital.
• Prior work in COMAH-regulated or explosive manufacturing environments needed.
• Must have theoretical and practical knowledge across multiple SHE disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SHE Policy and Governance Framework.
• Ensure integrity of SHE incident data and deliver accurate reports.
• Plan and deliver SHE engagement and improvement strategies.
• Design and support the SHE training process for Munitions.
• Monitor plans for improvement in Environmental Performance and Compliance.
• Ensure group wellbeing strategy deploys appropriately into Munitions.
• Provide expert SHE advice to Munitions, including legislative changes.
