Job Description:

Manpower is currently seeking an interim SHE Capabilities Specialist - Digital, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is fully remote with occasional travel as required to Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role until the end of October 2026, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation is competitive, up to £48,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Flexibility with working hours as work may be required across different time zones.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ownership: Manage digital projects, solutions, and products within the SHE expertise platform; act as subject matter expert; monitor progress; learn and implement digital systems used in SHE at Unilever.
  • Leadership: Ensure delivery of solutions; coordinate training and support; lead by example to promote safe behaviors; support digital strategy development; assess digital needs; evaluate effectiveness; ensure solutions are user-friendly and up-to-date; suggest improvements.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with SMEs, specialists, and stakeholders; foster relationships within SHE and other functions; work with external experts as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, finance, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in SHE, engineering, IT.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Experience in multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
