• Proven track record of delivering SHE improvements and managing SHE function at manufacturing sites.
• Ability to present information coherently, accurately, and persuasively.
• Proven experience of interaction with enforcement bodies and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence and build effective relationships with colleagues.

Skills

NEBOSH General certificate

IEMA Environmental Management Certificate

Experience in food manufacturing

PC literate

Knowledge of GMP/hygiene standards

Education

NEBOSH LEVEL 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health
