ServiceNow Technical Architect (part time)

Rate: market rate (Outside IR35)
Location: Mainly Remote (Ad-hoc travel to client sites)
Contract: 3 months - PART TIME: Approx. 47 days over the 3 month period
Start Date: 5th January 2026

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team on a part time basis. This role is pivotal in mobilising and aligning with client ServiceNow standards, reviewing platform architecture, and creating a robust delivery plan. You will lead technical activities across HRSD, ensuring readiness for BAU and supporting key integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilise and align with client ServiceNow standards and existing artefacts
• Kick off with suppliers and review platform architecture at a high level
• Create a delivery plan baseline and RAID log
• Deliver HRSD build, including architectural review of HRSD setup, Forms migration and EC Pro configuration
• Support data migration from Zendesk
• Validate SharePoint search integration
• Conduct configuration review for compliance and best practice
• Ensure readiness for BAU
• Move into discovery and integration phases: Lead Workday integration options analysis, Assist with a structured, prioritised roadmap

Required Skills Experience

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically HRSD module
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect in ServiceNow projects
• Familiarity with data migration processes (Zendesk to ServiceNow)
• Understanding of SharePoint integration and configuration standards
• Ability to create delivery plans, RAID logs, and architectural reviews
• Experience with Workday integration analysis is highly desirable
