Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead advisory and delivery ownership in HR transformation projects for global clients. You will design, deliver and advise on HRSD solutions, working with ServiceNow BA's and developers to enable HR Enablement and employee experience programs.

You will contribute to solution design, customer engagement and delivery guidance, leveraging your understanding of HR functions, platform capabilities and broader IT/Business alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and HR transformations.
• Ability to analyse business processes and gather requirements.
• Ability to run workshops and produce workshop outputs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, playbooks, portals and reporting.
• Understanding of connections between ServiceNow and IT, Procurement and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solution recommendations under supervision.
• Contribute to business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs and ServiceNow best practices.
• Support demonstrations and customer walkthroughs of ServiceNow functionality.
• Assist with client advisory, roadmaps and strategy recommendations.
• Support responses to RFPs/RFIs with content and research.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow representatives and ecosystem partners.
