Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRSD implementations, partnering with clients and delivery teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions across HR services.

You will manage project planning, governance, resourcing, financials and reporting, proactively handling risks and dependencies, and you will facilitate senior stakeholder discussions, driving quality outcomes across multiple locations including

Qualifications

• ServiceNow HRSD experience required.
• Capgemini accreditations minimum: ServiceNow foundations, HR foundations.
• Beneficial certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS HRSD, SCRUM Master.
• Experience leading large global ServiceNow HRSD/HRIS implementations.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, MIRO, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects with HRSD focus.
• Manage project planning, governance, resourcing, financials and reporting.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business SMEs and delivery teams to drive outcomes.
