Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRSD projects across the UK. You will oversee planning, governance, resourcing and reporting, while engaging senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding solutions discussions and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital transformations for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the delivery of large global ServiceNow HRSD and HRIS implementations.
• ServiceNow accreditations at minimum: ServiceNow foundations, HR foundations.
• Beneficial certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS HRSD, SCRUM Master.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, MIRO, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD projects on time and within scope.
• Oversee project planning, governance, resourcing, financials and reporting.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business SMEs and delivery teams to ensure alignment of priorities and capabilities.
