Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead HRSD project delivery across global implementations from our UK offices. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, resourcing, and reporting, while guiding senior stakeholders and delivery teams to align business priorities with platform capabilities.

In this role you will act as trusted advisor, manage risks and dependencies, and drive high-impact digital transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow foundations and HR foundations certifications required.
• Proven experience delivering large global ServiceNow HRSD and HRIS implementations.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, MIRO, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Oversee project planning, governance, resourcing, financials, and reporting.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business SMEs and delivery teams to align priorities with platform capabilities.
