Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD consultant to join our Employee Experience and HR practice. You will deliver advisory services, design solutions and guide large HR transformations for global clients.

You will work with ServiceNow BA's and developers to enable HR enabling capabilities, contributing to solution design and delivery guidance. The role focuses on client advisory and hands-on implementation support within a leading transformation organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ServiceNow HR technology projects.
• Understanding of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and related certifications.
• Ability to gather requirements, run workshops and produce functional notes.
• Knowledge of how ServiceNow connects with IT, Procurement and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solution recommendations under guidance of seniors.
• Contribute to business process analysis, requirements gathering, user stories and workshop outputs.
• Ensure solutions align with customer needs and ServiceNow best practices.
• Support demonstrations, walk-throughs and client education on platform capabilities.
