Job summary

You will drive harmonisation across HR functions, lead the move away from bespoke workflows, and design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards and ServiceNow strategy. A configure-before-customise approach will guide decision-making and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Strong understanding of HRSD architecture and governance.
• Proven ability to assess and remediate ServiceNow environments.
• Experience leading platform transformation or optimisation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing HRSD implementation, including customisations, integrations, workflows and data models.
• Identify technical debt, performance issues, upgrade risks and unsupported design patterns.
• Lead the shift from customised solutions to out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate.
• Define the HRSD architecture roadmap, governance standards and reusable design patterns.
• Present architecture recommendations and transformation roadmaps to stakeholders.
