Job summary

Morson Group is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to lead the transformation of an HR Service Delivery environment toward a scalable, best-practice operating model.

You will focus on reducing customisation, addressing technical debt, and maximizing out-of-the-box functionality while ensuring smooth upgrades and governance. Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication are essential as you define target architectures, roadmaps, and drive adoption across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Proven experience assessing and remediating ServiceNow environments.
• Experience leading platform transformation and optimisation programmes.
• Strong understanding of HRSD architecture and governance.
• Experience reducing customisation and driving OOTB adoption.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing HRSD implementation, including customisations, integrations, workflows, and data models.
• Identify technical debt, unsupported design patterns, and upgrade risks.
• Review HR processes against ServiceNow best practices.
• Define target-state architecture and roadmap.
• Drive adoption of out-of-the-box functionality.
• Retire bespoke workflows, scripts, and catalogue items where appropriate.
• Establish architecture governance, standards, and design principles.
• Support upgrade readiness and release management activities.
• Present architecture recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Support the development of a ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Centre.
