ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Awareness of product roadmaps
• Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with 3rd party integrations (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform and core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization skills
• Experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog setup
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing, prototyping, and transforming ideas into solutions using ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences
• Proactive attitude, supportive team player, willing to assist and support during complex tasks
