ServiceNow Architect with CSM focus on Portal

Contract: Full remote from UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain

Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Awareness of product roadmap
• Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations with third-party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization
• Experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, Service Catalog definition and setup
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions using ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences, active listening, supportive attitude
• Proactive in proposing help, detecting improvement opportunities, and optimizing
• Team player willing to support and assist when needed
