ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Experienced CSM architect to support on transversal design topics and with special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…).
• Portal management and customization
• Excellent knowledge of CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal , Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences (with practical experiences)
• 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal.
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication: ability to explain complex topics to a non IT audience, active listening and supportive attitude
• Proactive: propose help and assistance in design activities, detect room for improvement and look for optimizations
• Team player: you will be a key asset to the team and need to be willing to support and jump in when things get complicated
