ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract: Full remote from UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain

Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Awareness of product roadmaps
• Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations with third-party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization
• Experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog setup
• 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences
• Proactive attitude, proposing help, detecting improvements, and optimizing solutions
• Team player, willing to support and assist when needed
