Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Awareness of product roadmap
• Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations with third-party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and core features (applications, shared capabilities, CMDB, etc.)
• Portal management and customization
• Experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, Service Catalog definition and setup
• 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences, active listening, supportive attitude
• Proactive approach, proposing help and assistance in design activities, identifying areas for improvement
• Team player, willing to support and assist when needed
