ServiceNow Architect with a focus on CSM Portal

Contract: Full remote from UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain

We are seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Strong product roadmap awareness
• Expertise in Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization skills
• Experience in CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog setup
• Over 10 years hands-on ServiceNow experience, with more than 3 years in CSM & CSM Portal
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences
• Proactive attitude in proposing help, detecting improvements, and optimizing processes
• Team player willing to support and handle complex situations
