Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Awareness of product roadmaps
• Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform and core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization
• Experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog setup
• 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in CSM & CSM Portal
• Proficiency in designing, prototyping, and transforming ideas into solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex topics to non-IT audiences
• Proactive attitude in proposing help, detecting improvements, and optimizing
• Team player willing to support and assist when needed
