ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

We are seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CSM Portal and integrations.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• Proficiency in Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization skills
• Practical experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog definition and setup
• Over 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years on CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing and prototyping skills to transform ideas into solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics to non-IT audiences
• Proactive attitude to propose help, detect room for improvement, and seek optimizations
• Team player willing to support and assist when needed
