Job summary

TAG Catering Equipment UK is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to help keep our operation running smoothly from our Stevenage office. You’ll be the first point of contact for engineers and clients, coordinating calls, scheduling works, and maintaining clear communication across teams.

You don’t need prior service desk experience; we value a proactive attitude, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of experience in a customer service or coordination role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Awareness of SLAs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with field engineering team to deliver high-quality service for clients.
• Liaise with engineers and clients to ensure all scheduled works are adhered to and completed.
• Respond promptly to new service or equipment requirements as they arise.
