Perfect Placement is seeking a highly experienced Service Supervisor to lead a service team at a reputable Brentwood dealership. You will drive operational excellence, oversee scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing performance to hit targets.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–6pm schedule with no weekend work, a supportive environment for ongoing development, and opportunities to enhance mechanical knowledge and service skills, contributing to dealership revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven supervisory experience in the automotive service industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the service team to consistently achieve high standards of performance.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, workflow management, and compliance with dealership policies.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Build strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy in processing payments and reconcile daily financial reports as a Service Supervisor.
• Develop training programmes to improve team skills and technical knowledge.
• Monitor service quality metrics, gather customer feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
