A large franchised dealership based in Ascot is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead their Aftersales team. In this role, you will be responsible for motivating staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing departmental profitability. Applicants should have prior motor trade experience and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar level of motor trade role.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Our client, a large franchised main dealership, in Sunningdale has the requirement for an experienced Service Manager to join the established and high performing Aftersales team. Our client will also consider Front of house Managers, Service Team Leaders and Service team mangers.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
• Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
• Departmental profitability
• Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
• Controlling expenses
• Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
• Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
• Installing, and maintaining processes
• Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar level of motor trade role
• Leadership ability
• Full UK Driving Licence
