Job summary

Hitachi Energy UK LIMITED is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to join the Grid Automation Service Sales Team. You will manage service tenders from initial customer request to contract closing and handover to operations, driving growth through strategic account planning and long-term customer partnerships.

You will promote upgrades and value-added service solutions, using installed base data to identify opportunities while representing Hitachi Energy’s portfolio with a strong customer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in sales of power systems/solutions.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement the service sales strategy and growth plans, engaging with the installed base to promote upgrades and value-added solutions.
• Use installed base data to identify and develop service sales opportunities across the Hitachi Energy Service portfolio.
• Conduct sales calls, site visits and tenders, develop new market opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
