Job summary

Hitachi Energy UK Limited is seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead the Grid Integration Service business across the UK and Ireland. You will shape and execute the regional sales strategy, driving orders, revenue, profitability, and market expansion with a focus on lifecycle services and long-term service agreements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Experience in service sales, account management, or business development.
• Background within energy, utilities, power systems, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of Grid Integration, HVDC, FACTS, renewable integration, or asset lifecycle management would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Grid Integration Service sales strategy across the UK and Ireland.
• Drive orders, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Identify and convert new service opportunities across the installed customer base.
• Expand lifecycle service offerings and grow long-term service agreements.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support effective contract and risk management.
