Job summary
Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist for our Grid Integration team in the UK. You will drive growth across Transmission & Distribution, Renewable sectors, data centres and transport segments, leveraging Gas, Hybrid and Air Insulated switchgear solutions, while building trusted relationships with utilities, EPCs and consultants.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Grid Integration across T&D, Renewables, Data Centre and Industrial sectors.
- Lead upfront selling with utilities, EPCs, consultants and stakeholders during early project stages.
- Promote Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Hybrid & Air Insulated solutions and substations technologies.
- Develop and execute account plans for utilities, industrial customers and partners.
- Identify market opportunities and strategize to increase market share and profitability.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with engineering, proposal and project teams for compelling technical and commercial solutions.
- Support bid management activities including proposals, negotiations and presentations.
