Qualifications

• Experience in service sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Background in energy, utilities, power systems, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Grid Integration, HVDC, FACTS, renewable integration, or asset lifecycle management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Grid Integration Service sales strategy across the UK and Ireland.
• Drive orders, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Identify and convert new service opportunities across the installed customer base.
• Expand lifecycle service offerings and grow long-term service agreements.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support effective contract and risk management.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing service sales team.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and sustainable business growth.
