• Arrange service visits with customers and keep them updated.
• Respond to enquiries promptly.
• Provide risk assessments, method statements and engineer certifications.
• Keep SAP and other systems accurate.
• Coordinate specialist equipment and calibration tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and operations teams.
• Suggest improvements to work processes.
