We're looking for a Service Planner to join a friendly, supportive team in Wolverhampton. As the link between customers and field-based engineers, you'll make sure the service operation runs smoothly, efficiently and safely, so that customers across the UK get an outstanding experience.

What you'll be doing

• Scheduling and managing Field Service Engineer workloads to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Planning service visits and adapting to changing priorities throughout the day
• Allocating and monitoring work orders from booking through to completion
• Making sure engineers have the information and resources to work safely and effectively
• Arranging service visits with customers and keeping them updated
• Responding to enquiries professionally and promptly
• Providing documentation such as risk assessments, method statements and engineer certifications
• Ensuring every customer has a positive, professional experience
• Keeping business systems (including SAP) accurate and up to date
• Coordinating specialist equipment and calibration tools when needed
• Working with engineering, sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements
• Suggesting improvements that help the team work smarter
