Responsibilities

• Plan and organise engineers' jobs to meet internal and external customer needs in line with service levels and SLAs.
• Provide administrative support to the manager and the team.
• Support the management with a proactive approach to increase utilisation within designated areas.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
