Job summary

Vospers in St Austell, Cornwall, is seeking a Service/Parts Advisor to provide a professional and courteous reception and service to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and promoting Vospers' brand.

You will identify parts, supply accurate quotes, book in vehicles, liaise with the parts department, and help drive parts sales while delivering efficient service in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role experience within automotive service or parts.
• Good verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Book in vehicles and arrange convenient appointments.
• Identify customer requirements and provide accurate quotes.
• Monitor workshop hours and maximize sale opportunities daily.
• Create job cards, invoices and estimates with care.
• Explain work performed to customers and note additional sales.
• Coordinate with Parts to ensure availability of parts.
