Job summary

Vospers is recruiting a Senior/Parts Advisor to satisfy customer needs by identifying and issuing the correct parts and maximizing sales opportunities. You will work with the team and Sales Representatives to convert sales growth opportunities.

The role involves answering calls, outbound prospecting, and using promotions to boost sales while providing excellent customer service. Join a family-run, growth-focused motor dealer group.

Qualifications

• Motor trade parts experience would be advantageous.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Previous experience using the CDK Drive (Kerridge) system valuable.
• Previous experience using Internet based portals would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in the call center at peak times.
• Promote at least one product from promotions to existing customers.
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to recover lost sales and cross-sell aftermarket parts.
• Analyse sales data to identify products to promote to customers.
• Record customer concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
• Log lost sales in the database.
• Assist other parts advisors with complex queries or parts lookups.
• Cover for the parts Supervisor in their absence.
• Set an example for staff in line with core values.
