We are seeking a Service Advisor to coordinate between our workshop and customers, ensuring excellent service and knowledge. Based on experience, location will be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a warm telephone manner.
• Ability to multi-task within a busy environment.
• Automotive background, or Service Advisor experience, highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm welcome to customers and booking in vehicles.
• Identifying customers' requirements and providing an accurate, fully inclusive costing where possible.
• Monitoring workshop hours to provide an efficient service to customers.
• Giving customers a full explanation of work carried out and highlighting upsell opportunities.
• Carrying out administration such as producing job cards, invoices, estimates and updating customer accounts.
