Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced individual to lead and manage a team of 15+ engineers in Atherton. You will oversee maintenance contracts, commissioning projects, and service delivery, with full P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing service/commissioning teams, strong BEMS technical knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to build client relationships and play a key role in strategic decision-making.
